There are two dedicated spaces and overflow for Sugar Mountain where guests can park at their own risk. With record crowds in 2020, there were no parking issues including holidays and busy weekends.

Guest pays the fully refundable $1072 security deposit charged approximately 7 days prior to check-in and refunds approx. 5 days after checkout. to complete the transaction. $1000 is fully refundable based on condition of unit and $72 credit card processing fee is non-refundable.

We love families and children of all ages!

Easy access with door lock code provided to the phone number on file one hour prior to the 4pm check-in time or as close to 4pm when the unit is ready during high turnover seasons such as ski season/holidays and events

Guests typically bring their own baby supplies. 

No parties allowed however family-friendly gatherings within the max limit are encouraged and welcomed.

Two decks provide outstanding views of Lake AND the mountains. This location is mesmerizing.

This is a 100% allergy-free property catering to guests with dander concerns.

no smoking or vaping allowed inside the property.

No parties allowed however family-friendly gatherings are encouraged and welcomed.

This is a three-story townhouse mountain lodge not accessible for wheelchairs.
